Subscription Cancellation

- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of that billing cycle.
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period once cancelled, and you will not be charged further.
- To cancel your subscription, please ensure you do so at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
Refund Policy
- Free Trial: If you are on a free trial, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without any charges. No refunds are applicable as no payment has been made.
- First-Time Subscription: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Refunds for recurring subscription payments are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues, service outages, or billing errors.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual plans, refunds may be provided on a pro-rated basis if requested within 30 days of purchase, minus any usage fees and a processing fee.

- In case of service disruptions or technical issues on our end that significantly impact your ability to use the service, we may offer credits, extended access, or refunds at our discretion.
Refund Processing
- All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during subscription purchase.
- Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Account and Data
- Upon cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to reactivate your subscription.
- After 30 days of cancellation, your account and associated data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We recommend exporting any important data before cancelling your subscription.
Non-Refundable Items
- Add-on services, one-time fees, and custom development work are generally non-refundable.
- Subscription fees paid for previous billing cycles are non-refundable.
- Violations of our Terms of Service may result in account termination without any refund.
